Lewisville, Texas (April 20, 2012) – MedMark Services, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Medication Assisted Treatment Technologies, Inc. (MATT) located in Belcamp, Maryland. MATT provides treatment for opioid addiction and dependency utilizing medication-assisted treatment along with individual and group counseling services in a supportive, patient-centered environment. In addition, MATT operates the Alcohol Services Awareness Program which provides therapeutic and alcohol/drug education programs. This program meets the criteria for the Department of Motor Vehicles, the State of Maryland, and the court system.
