MEDMARK TREATMENT CENTERS ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING OF NEW GREATER BALTIMORE LOCATION

Baltimore, MD (August 30, 2016) – MedMark Treatment Centers excitedly opened their 6th outpatient treatment facility in the Greater Baltimore area this week as a response to the continued need for opioid use disorder treatment in the region. The newest facility serves the Mt. Vernon neighborhood in Downtown Baltimore, and began accepting patients on Monday, August 25th.

“We wish the need were not so great as it is, of course, but are thrilled to be able to expand our reach to those in the community who need assistance,” said Jennifer Thompkins, Regional VP for MedMark, “our hope is that this new facility will be yet another opportunity for us to effect positive change in the Baltimore area, one patient at a time.”

MedMark Treatment Centers are known throughout the Baltimore area as providers of methadone and buprenorphine maintenance programs which include individual and group counseling as a part of the overall treatment plan for each patient.
