Cindy Novak is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, at BayMark Health Services, brings over 25 years of healthcare experience in her role. Since joining in 2014, she has led all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, benefits, employee relations, and engagement.
Previously, Ms. Novak served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sante Pediatrics and as Human Resources Director at Horizon Health Services. She is dedicated to fostering career growth, empowering employees, and building a strong company culture. An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Ms. Novak ensures BayMark’s Human Resources practices remain innovative and effective in supporting organizational success.
