Office-Based Opioid Treatment Services
Candie Rothenbuhler is the Group President of office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) and mental health at BayMark Health Services. With a robust background in healthcare administration and a specialized focus on opioid use disorder treatment, she has advanced from Senior Vice President to her current role since joining BayMark in 2020. Ms. Rothenbuhler oversees platform-wide operations to ensure production efficiency, quality care, customer service, and cost-effective management of resources. She is responsible for the financial performance and clinical service delivery, including CARF accreditation, DEA inspections, state licensure, and internal compliance reviews. Her strategic initiatives include generating revenue opportunities, identifying growth prospects, and maintaining organizational stability through comprehensive management plans.
Before joining BayMark, Ms. Rothenbuhler was the Regional Vice President for Acadia Healthcare’s Comprehensive Treatment Center division, managing 33 outpatient clinics and as Regional Director for Legacy Healthcare Services, managing outpatient therapy clinics.
Ms. Rothenbuhler holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Indiana University and an associate’s degree in occupational therapy from Ivy Tech.
