Patrice Trisvan

Patrice Trisvan is the Group President of Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) at BayMark Health Services. She oversees more than 100 opioid treatment programs across the United States, as well as the organization’s Correctional Recovery Services, which delivers medication assisted treatment within correctional settings. In addition, Ms. Trisvan provides executive oversight of BayMark’s federal, state, and foundation funded grant initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and expansion of patient access to evidence-based care.

With more than 20 years of experience in the substance use disorder field, Ms. Trisvan has dedicated her career to advancing access to treatment, improving clinical quality, and driving operational excellence. Her leadership has focused on developing innovative care models, expanding access to medications for opioid use disorder, strengthening regulatory compliance, and improving patient outcomes. She is a trusted leader and subject matter expert in opioid treatment programs, healthcare operations, and strategic growth initiatives.

Ms. Trisvan began her career as a licensed substance use disorder counselor and has served in progressive leadership positions throughout her tenure with BayMark Health Services since 2011. Her leadership roles have included Treatment Center Director, Regional Director of Operations, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President, and now Group President. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large scale operational initiatives, quality improvement efforts, regulatory modernization, organizational growth across multiple states, strategic acquisitions, de novo program development, and the expansion of innovative models of care.

Ms. Trisvan holds bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Dependency Addiction Studies and Psychology from Rhode Island College, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University. She remains committed to advancing evidence-based treatment, advocating for policies that improve access to care, and supporting innovation that strengthens the addiction treatment field.
