Residential Treatment Services
Stephanie Madrid is the Group President for Residential Treatment Services and leads the Sales & Marketing function for BayMark. She joined BayMark in January 2025.
Prior to BayMark, Ms. Madrid served as SVP, Strategic Development & Optimization at ScionHealth. Previously, she held key regional, multi-site operations roles within ScionHealth’s Specialty Hospital Division and Kindred Healthcare’s Hospital and Rehabilitation Divisions. At ScionHealth, Ms. Madrid and her teams successfully executed strategies to improve hospital performance, expand clinical capabilities to drive growth and competitive advantage, and improve efficiencies through standardization of best practices. Ms. Madrid is astute at forging relationships with physicians, payors, and adjacent healthcare organizations to improve referral development, admission conversion, and market penetration.
Ms. Madrid holds an MBA from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business and a clinical master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Eastern New Mexico University.
