Gilbert D’Andria joined BayMark in September 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of finance, healthcare and private equity experience. Prior to joining BayMark, he was the CFO of Smile Doctors, a multi-site orthodontic company. Before that he was CFO of Maxor National Pharmacy Services. His healthcare experience started with MedAssets from 2004 to 2013 during which he helped them through an initial public offering.
Gilbert successfully managed all aspects of finance and accounting functions with significant emphasis on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, investor relations, strategic planning, measuring operational key performance indicators, corporate development, IPO and integration of acquired companies.
Gilbert received his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and completed his undergraduate and master’s degrees at Georgia Tech.
