BayMark Health Services Partners With Massachusetts Suboxone Provider Group

BayMark Health Services has announced their partnership with Middlesex Recovery, an office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) provider with four clinic locations in Massachusetts. The programs offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction with buprenorphine and Suboxone®, as well as counseling in a physician’s office setting. Established in 2010, Middlesex Recovery is a trusted provider of proven treatment for opioid addiction across Eastern Massachusetts.  BayMark will provide administrative and financial services in addition to marketing, business development and compliance consultation.

Dr. Brian O’Connor, Founder and Medical Director of Middlesex Recovery shared, “I am pleased to lead the outstanding Middlesex Recovery medical staff who provide excellent care for our patients. The BayMark Health Services team is very experienced in the field of opioid addiction treatment, and will provide a great support structure for us to grow and enhance our programs so we can better serve those struggling with opioid use disorder in our community.”

In addition to providing MAT services for those with an Opioid Use Disorder, Middlesex Recovery offers treatment to those with a dependence on alcohol through the use of Vivitrol®, a monthly injectable medication designed to reduce cravings while patients attend counseling. Middlesex Recovery supports its medication-assisted treatment programs with a variety of recovery services including laboratory services, counseling and collaborative treatment during pregnancy; as well as, medical or behavioral health assessments and referrals as needed.
